BY-LAW NO. 5448/99
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, section 236.6, the Council of
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A to By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following items:
(a) Glenanna Road and Echo Point Court, Plan 40M-1416, Picketing
(b) Mountcastle Crescent and Redbird Crescem, Plan 40M-1415, Picketing
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 1 st day of February, 1999.
