BY-LAW NO. 5411/98
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 3538/90
to appoint By-law Enforcement Officers for
certain purposes (Parking Regulations - Durham
Condominium Corporation No. 61, 1945 Denmar
Road)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law Number
3538/90 on August 9, 1990 to appoint Mr. Greg Scott as a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer
for the purpose of enforcing By-law Number 2359/87 (Parking) at Condominium Corporation
No. 61, 1945 Denmar Road; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to revoke that appointment;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-law Number 3538/90 is hereby amended by deleting the following in Section 1 of the
said By-law:
Mr. Greg Scott
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9 ,th day of November, 1998.
