BY-LAW NO. 4478/94
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Blocks 45 and 46, Plan
40M-1507, Pickering (Parts 8 and 9, Plan 40R-14939) as
public highway (Butternut CourO.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 45 and 46, Plan 40M-
1507, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Block 45, Plan 40M-1507, Picketing, designated as Part 9, Plan 40R-14939, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Butternut Court).
2. That part of Block 46, Plan 40M-1507, Pickering, designated as Part 8, Plan 40R-14939, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Butternut Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of August, 1994.
