By-LAW NO, 4641/95
Being a by-law to declare certain municipal lands being
part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, and
being designated as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Plan 40R-
15930 as surplus to the needs of the Town of Pickering in
accordance with By-Law 4592/95.
WHEREAS, The Town of Pickering on April 3, 1995 passed By-law 4592/95 to establish procedures to
regulate the sale of Municipal Real Property pursuant to section 193(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1990 c.M.45, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those lands lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham
legally described as part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front Concession and being more
particularly set out as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 on Plan 40R-15930 are hereby designated as surplus
lands for the purposes of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing.
2. The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and publish all necessary notices prior to
Council dealing with any reports pertaining to the disposal of the said lands or any parts thereof,
in accordance with By-law 4592/95.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June, 1995.
