BY-LAW NO. 4859/96
Being a by-law to change the name of West Street to
West Lane, Plan 410, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45~ the council
of a local municipality may pass by-laws for giving names to or changing the names of highways on
public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. West Street, Plan 41 O, Pickering is hereby renamed West Lane.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21 st day of October, 1996.
