Being a by-law to dedicate that part q[' Block 16, Plan
40M-1653, Picketing, designated as Part 3 Plan 40R-
16958, as public highway (Fiddlers Court; LD 55/96)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 16, Plan 40M-
1653, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-16958 and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
l. That part of Block 16, Plan 40M-1653, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-16958 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of August, 1996.
