BY-LAW NO. 4 741/9 6
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
Agreement between the Town and Mary ~ Rowsell respecting Lot
7, Plan 505, Pickering.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title to Lot 7, Plan 505, Picketing, an Agreement between Mary J.
Rowsell and the Municipality of the Township of Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated August 29, 1967 and registered as Instrument Number 159479 on
October 4, 1967 between Mary J. Rowsell and the Municipality of the Township of Pickering
respecting Lot 7, Plan 505, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of March, 1996.

RELEASE
In consideration of the stun of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
(as successor to The Corporation of the Township of Pickering,
sometimes referred to as Municipality of the Township of Pickering)
hereby releases and forever discharges
MARY J. ROWSELL
her heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions
or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an
Agreement dated August 29, 1967 and registered as Instrument Number 159479 on October 4, 1967 between
MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
and
MARY J. ROWSELL
concerning Lot 7, Plan 505, Pickering (now comprising lands in Plan 40M-1832, Pickering).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate seal
attested by its properly authorized officers this 4th day of March, 1996.
