Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to
implement the Official Plan o£ the Town of Picketing District Planning Area,
Region of Durham, in Part of Lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, in the Town o£Pickering.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 3900/70,
on November 11, 1970, amending By-law 3036, as amended, to impose an "(H)" holding symbol
on certain lands, including Part of lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, in the Town of Picketing;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to further amend By-law 3036, as amended, to remove the "(H)" holding symbol on the
subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 3036, as amended, is hereby amended by removing the "(H)"
holding symbol preceeding the zone category "R4" on Part of Lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, in
the Town of Picketing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 21st DAY OF April ,1997.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS 21StDAY OF April ,1997.
