Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 2108/85 respecting the
temporary borrowing of monies unffl taxes are collected (1997)
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 187 of the Municipal Act, KS.O. 1990, c.
M.45, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 2108/85
authorizing the yearly borrowing of sa,ma necessary to meet, until taxes are collected, the current
expenditures of the Corporation for the year;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2108/85, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following item:
17. 1997 $3 million $90,700,000 nil
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 10 day of February, 1997.
