BY-LAW NO. 5362/98
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 16, Plan 221,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17663,
Picketing as public highway (Foxwood Trail).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 16, Plan 221,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17663, Picketing, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Part of Lot 16, Plan 221, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17663, is hereby dedicated as
public highway (Foxwood Trail).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of August, 1998.
