BY-LAW NO. 5292/98
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 207 and 208,
Plan 40M-1896, Pickering (Rosebank Road) as
public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 207 and 208, Plan
40M- 1896, Picketing (Rosebank Road) and wishes to dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Blocks 207 and 208, Plan 40M-1896, Picketing (Rosebank Road) are hereby dedicated as
public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
