BY-LAW NO. 5283/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 4505/94
and 4513/94, respecting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Plan 4OM-
1 782, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 4505/94 and 4513/94 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
