Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 3354/89,
3368/90, 3406/90 and 3465/90, respecting Lots 51, 52, 53, 54,
55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 76,
77, 78, 80, 81, 87, 90, 91, 93, 94, 95, 96, 102, 103,104, 105,
106, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120,
121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126 and 127, Plan 40M-1571,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 3354/89, 3368/90, 3406/90 and 3465/90 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
