BY-LAW NO. 5257/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 2776/88
respecting Lots 69, 70, 71, 89, 90 and 91, Plan 40M-1467,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2776/88 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
