BY-LAW NUMBER 5241/98
Being a by-law to establish a fee for information relating to
properties in the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 96(3) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45, as amended,
Council shall fix the sum to be paid to the Clerk by any person for copies of awards or other
documents, or for any other services rendered by him; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to increase the fee for information relating to properties in the
Town of Pickering from $100 to $125;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The fee for information relating to properties in the Town of Pickering shall be $125.00
per property.
2. This By-law shall take effect on May 1, 1998.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd of March, 1998
