By-law No. 7666/18
Being a By-law to establish a honorarium for Members of the
Committee of Adjustment.
Whereas pursuant to Section 44(9) of the Planning Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, the
Members of the Committee of Adjustment shall be paid such compensation as the
Council may provide;
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. The remuneration payable to a Member of the Committee of Adjustment, shall be
$120.00 per meeting.
2. This By-law shall'take effect as of January 1, 2019.
3. By-law 5242/98 is hereby repealed.
By-law passed this 10th day of December, 2018.
