Duberry Drive in the Gates of Pickering addressed
Council with respect to the status of work in her
subdivision. She stated their "omes were completed
seven months late ana after 13 fOOnths occupanC} such
items as grading, sidewalks ctnd sodding have not been
completed. She expressed her dissatisfaction with
Buckshire Homes and asked Council to ensure the terms
of the subdivision agreen~nt are enforcec and that the
letters of credit be used to complete a11 works.

Alex Honeyford, 542 Dahlia Crescent, on behalf of
res idents in the south Rosebank area, addressed
Council with respect to Glenellen Development
Corporation. He stated the subdivision is not safe
because some ditches bes ide s idewa 1 ks are 3 to 4 feet
deep, electrical conduits are not safely buried and
dust from the roads is not eleaned. He also stated
that the builder's attitude to residents' requests is
poor and asked that these fau lts be sent to the
Toronto Home Builders' Association for a~tion.
Larry Briden, 540 Dahlia Crescent, stated that
Glenellen Homes have been insensitive and unresponsive
to residents' requests for completion of works.

OTHER BUSINESS
Councillor Arthurs requested accident reports for the
intersection of Finch Avenue and Altona Road and
stated the speed limit on Altona Road should be
reduced to 60 k/hr. from 80 k/hr.
Councjl1or Arthurs stated there should be a permanent
solution to the water problem on the McLeod property
on Brock Road.
Councillor Arthurs thanked Mrs. Angela Kirby for a
copy of a letter regarding sanitation.
Councillor Arthurs stated he should have been informed
earlier regarding the meeting about the Municipal
Complex and the Tridel site plan.

Councillor Stoner inquired into the status of the site
plan for Tride1.
Councillor Brenner stated the ðmendJlent to the
Adoption of the Minutes of Jun£ 15, 1987 MY cause
difficulty for Mrs. Haiduo because she has already
leased a trailer.
Councillor Coburn submitted a letter and petition from
residents on Haury Cresçent regarding loIorl\s not
completed in their subdivision.
