DELEGATIONS Mr. Murray Stroud, on behalf of residents on ~oodview Avenue, addressed Council with respect to the subdivision agreement with Nugget Construetion. He stated the res idents are wi 11 ing to eonvey 33 feet from the rear of their properties to the Town in order to reduce the residents' costs for ð road in the Lebovic draft plan of subdivision 18T-86043. He also stated that the residents of Woodview Avenue, Mr. Lebovic and he would meet to discuss this proposal and that he could prepare the transfers, registrations and conveyances in two weeks for Council's consideration. Mr. Joe Lebovic stated his draft plan of subdivision has an interna 1 road and \õiûU 1 d have to be redes igned to accoØll1Odate the poss ib 1 e conveyances. He has no objection to the residents' proposals but felt two weeks was not long enough to finalize the transactions. Mrs. Cassandra Na idoo addressed Counci 1 with respect to her request for a temporary trailer on her property at l753 Spruce Hill Road. She outlined the history of her problems with the septic system on her property and requested Counc i1 to approve a temporary tra i1 er until reconstructicn is complete. That the Report of the Executive Committee dated June 8, 1987 be adopted with the following amendments: Item #1 was amended by adding the following: "4. That the amentiing zoning by-Taw for Victorian Homes be prepared within the context of an amending by-law that establishes the boundary of the entire cluster of Kinsale."
