be the allowance to be util ized for all postage costs incurred by a
Councillor, including the costs of _iling a newsletter; and
That all printing for any association or citizens group be limited to
two runs per ye~r; and
That where a COUIIcillor requests that any -terial of a citizens
group or association be _iled, that the postage costs incurred be
charged to that Councillor's postage allowance.
