DELEGATIONS
1.
Hr. Brian Armstrong, representing Burger King, addressed
Council to request that the third reading of By-law
1932/84 be deferred to allow him to meet with the
residents in the area of the Burger King restaurant to
determine the nature of their ~omplaints about the
drive-through take-ou~ service at the restaurant and to
attempt to resolve these problems. He nas already taken
some steps to alleviate the problem such as hiring off
duty police officers to patrol the restaurant after
midnight.

1940/84, 1941/84, 1942/84, 1943/84, 1944/84 and 1946/84 be adopted
with the following ~mendment'

Councillor Robertson. seconded by Councillor Arthurs moved for
leave to introduce ð By-law of the Town of Pickering to confirm
the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering at its meeting held on December 17, 1984 and that same
be now read a first, second and third time and that the same be
now finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and
that the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.
