Brian Armstrong, representing Burger King, addressed Council to request that the third reading of By-law 1932/84 be deferred to allow him to meet with the residents in the area of the Burger King restaurant to determine the nature of their ~omplaints about the drive-through take-ou~ service at the restaurant and to attempt to resolve these problems. He nas already taken some steps to alleviate the problem such as hiring off duty police officers to patrol the restaurant after midnight. (111 ) RESOLUTIONS Resoluti' n 1116/84 - See Appendix #1 . Councillor Kitchen stated that political statements should not be included in the newsletters sent out by the Members of Council. 3.
