Mr. B. L. Gates, who moved a building 16~' X 4' onto north half of Lot 33,
Concession 1, deposited 1300.00 and agreed to bring building from 677 square
feet to 965 square reet, but did not do so. Has now lost the property to J. A.
Joblin, 574 Birohllount Road, Scarboroup. Asked that the 1300.00 be returned
