The following PERSOXS, on MOTION, were heard.

HOVED by Hr. Pugh, seconded bJ' ~fr. Ste\oJart, that COlU1Cil proceed with an
in junction agair;st ~v. H. Godfrey in Concession 5, Lot 13, on growlds that
he is violatir:g By-Law 2077 as amended by ny-La,v 2090 in that he is operat-
ing a gravel pit. CARRIED

MOVED by Mr. Ste'vart, seconded by Hr. Pugh, that Proctor ~ Redfern be
required to prepare plans, confirr.1 price and be prepared to call for tenders
for an increasect water súpply in ~vest Rouge. CARRIED

Mr. Stewart, seconded by ~fr. Pugh, moves for leave to introduce a By-Law
of the TO'ffiship of Pickering for the purpose of expropriating an easement
which is requirect for the drainage of a portion of the Liverpool Road in
the Township of Pickering and that same now be read a first time.
Mr. Stewart, seconded by Mr. James, moves that By-Law Number 2262 for the
purpose of expropriating an easement which is required for the drainage
or a portion of the Liverpool Road in the Township of Pickering be now
read a second time, anli that Council go into Conunittee of the 'Yhole thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises anli reports the By-Law as read.
Mr. Stewart, seconded by Mr. James, moves that the report of the Committee
of the ~Vhole on By-Law No. 2262 be adopted, and that the said By-Law be
now read a Third time and PASSED; that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same,
and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto. CARRIED

of the Township of Pickering to regulate the use of certain lands and to
prohibit certain uses of land in certain areas of the Township of Pickering
and that same now be reali a first time.

regulate the use of certain lands anli to prohibit certain uses of land
ill certain areas of the Township of Pickering be now read a second time,
arJt that Council go into Conunittee of the Whole thereon.
