13. L. Livesay of Chesterhill Developments Limited, agreeing that the
roadway to pumphouse should be fixed at cost of $ 792.00, and at expense
of their Company, but that they would not pay the. 2,400.00 estimated
cost or stone to protect watermain under C. N. R. bridge, as they con-
sidered that the Township Engineers were slow in making application to
the C. N. R. to go under the track with the main.
MOVED by Mr. Pugh, seconded by Mr. Newman, that contract for placing H. E. P. C.
wires under C. N. R. tracks to pumphouse be let to Ivan Beare, at his Tender
price of $ 985.00, and Clerk prepare agreement. CARRIED
MOVED by Mr. Newman, seconded by Mr. Scott, that the assessment on the under-
noted properties be in support of the PUBLIC SCHOOLS for the year 1956:

at Police Station.

permit watermain to cross C. N. R. under tracks to pumphouse.
