4. Mr. Sllall of" Harwood Cleanars stated a license tor resident cleaners

residence and swimming pool ot Mr. Ogden and asked that a pe~it to
build a second house on bis 5 acres be refused Mr. Ogden.
Council AGREED that the excess noise was a Polioe matter and a pe~t ~'

Mr. Be4c1ell is an architeot and stated that the cost ot the Harwood
three ro~ sohool he built last year without grading, cost t55,000.00
