The following PERSONS, on MOTION, were heard:
1. Mrs. E. M. D. Smtth. of East Rouge, wished to bring to Council's
attention the following:
Corner at Pinerid¡e and West Point Crescent slopes wrong
way.. and has caused many accidents. Railing installed
several years ago, but not completed - tops not cut nor
painted. Now several posts broken. Mr. Jef'ferson confirmed
the slope of the road wrong.
Neither Police nor Dog Catcher will pick up dead or wounded
dogs on Township roads.
In 1959 she was billed for Dog Tax after she had bought
the tags. In 1960 she has not received a notice. Clerk
directed to have Dog Notice issued to her, and he would
see Mr. Chapman about the road.
2. Mr. Obey, owner of Lots 67-68.. Plan 418, Rosebank: Road.. South,
complained about a filled in watercourse through his lands and
a filled-in culvert on Rosebank Road. Our Engineer stated he had \0"
tried to get easements so that Council could clean out the
ditch, but his neighbours had objected to giving easements so the
work was not done and the cuI vert under the road was to have
. been a part of the work.
