to recommend to delegates Michell ani Robe-rts, that they vote in r.avour
of the Durrin-Rouge-Highland Creek Conservation Authority at Markham on
March 10th 1954. CARRIED. . ,
MOVED by Dr. Roberts, seconded by Mr. Lawson, that Council give a capital
grant or $2,000. to the Ajax-Pickaring Township Hospital. CARRIED. .

MOVED by Mr. Newman, secœnded by Dr. Roberts, that Council pay the Oshawa
GeneraL Hospital $400.00 as a grant on their bill of $l~ 265.12 being .
estimated cOlt or additional indigent service in the year 1953. CARRIED.

recommends to 'the Ontario Rural Municipal Association the petitioning
or the Ontario Provincial Government to carry a larger proportion of
