A SPECIAL ~EETING of Council was held on TUESDAY evening, ~AY

Reeve W. H. Westney, in the Chair,
Deputy-Reeve N.E.McEwen and
CouncilIors Cla~e A. Balsdon, Fred. E. Zinkie and Milton B.B~k.
ON M0~ION the followi~ persons were he~d :-
1. ~. W. Clark - asking that the To~s~p take oveP W. edview
R~ad f~om the Second Concession south of the Hy~o wi~es
to meet the portion of Woodview Road which is n~w a Township
Road.
(~. W~d instructed to pPep~e an esti~te of cost.)
2. ~. Br~e of Fairport asked Co~cil to place "No P~king"
signs on Fairport Road (~enc~an's Bay) f~om the United
Ch~ch to the Lake, on both aides. He also c~plained
about fishe~en using the bPidge on said road to the a~oy~ce
of pedest~i~s and motorists.
3. Police Village Trustees - re water.
~. H~ry Neon, acting fop ~. Har~ ~nol~ ~e zoning of
a certain area arced Ajax, which excluded all but residential
~operties.
MO~ by ~. Cla~e Baladon, seconded by ~. Neil Mc~en, that tenders
~ked for one 3-ten ~d ene ~-ton truck, and t~ follewi~ papers
carry the advertisement
