Ontario Association of Rural Municipalities advising fee $10.00' and 1951 meeting February 19th and 20th in the King Edward Hotel. 2. D. Lennox - approving of kennel for Mrs. Bertrand - 1 to 20 if dogs not allowed to run. 3. A.A. Acton - objecting to above kennel. P~ank L. Gleeson, Ajax - applying for 2 Cab licenses. 5- Magistrate Ebbs - Fines - December, 1950, - $57.83 6. Chief L.W.Trinnell - re M~ gan building for Police Office. 7- Vera Morgan -~asEing for agreement for one year on proposed Police building. 8. Mrs. W. Byng, Roseb~nk - asking for a public Township road to her home. Clerk to advise that this is a matter, between her and party from whom she 'purchased house. 9. P~octor, Redfern and Laughlin - advising that they were giving consideration to our proposed waterworks. .10. Deputy Minister of Education - re the County adding two extra Picketing Township members to our High School Board. 11. Department of the Attorney-General - re Police Commission. 12. W~ C. C.A.Balsdon, seconded by Mr. M.B.Bu~k, that no license for a~el or dog hospital be granted Mrs. Bertrand.in Concession 1, Lot 20. CARRIED. MOVED by Dr. N.E.McEwen, seconded by Mr. F.E.Zi~t_e, that F. L. Gleeson o--~-~, who has had two Township taxi licenses for the past five yearsj be given two 1951 Taxi licenses, provided he operates from Township lands on Harwood Drive. CARRIED. MOVED by Mr. C.A.Balsdon, seconded by Mr. M.B.Bu~k, that this Township $-~e a Member of Ontario Association of Rural Municipalities for a fo, of $10.00 for the year 1951 - E.K..Jones, E.G.Baker, L.T.J~ohnston and any member of Council to attend. .
