1. Councillor Williams made reference to a notice of motion
which he had made at the July 4, 1967, Council Meeting.
The motion was to inform the Minister of the Department of

wherein it did not recommend approval to the Minister for
any change in the Official Plan. The motion was produced
and Reeve Laycox suggested that this motion be withdrawn
until a proposed meeting with the Department of MUnicipal
Affairs officials had taken place. It was the wish of
Councillor Williams to get his motion on record. The
motion was read and defeated.
