Being a by-law to establish that part of Lot 4,
RCP 820, being Part 13, 40R-29171 as
public highway.

Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 4, RCP
820, being Part 13, 40R-29171, and wishes to establish.it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That part of Lot 4, RCP 820, being Part 13, 4OR-29171 is hereby established:as
public highway (Fairport Road).
By-law passed this 19th day of September, 2016. .
