COUNCIL.MEETING
A meeting of the Pickering Township
Council was held on TUESDAY, the 17th
day of AUGUST, 1971, at 9:30 P.M.
PRESENT:
Reeve J. R. Williams
Deputy Reeve G. Ashe
Councillors - V. Rudik
D. Kitchen
R. Chatten
J. S. Scott
(Councillor Mrs. J. L. McPherson - absent)
P. H. Poulsson, P. Eng.
The Committee of Council in Roads convened into
Council to authorize the Engineer by Resolution to
call tenders for the construction of services to
Block "'{ii, Plan M-16.
Resolution #347/71
MOVED by Councillor J. S. Scott, seconded by
Councillor R. Chatten, that the Engineer be authorized
to call tenders for the installation of watermains,
sani tary sewers and roads in Block IiYî .
CARRIED
It was moved by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by
Councillor R. Chatten, that this Council do now
adjourn its meeting to reconvene into Committee of
the Whole in Roads at 9:40 p.m.
