A meeting of the P.ickering Township
Council was held on MONDAY, the
TWENTY-SECOND day of FEBRUARY, 1971,
at 8 P.M.

Resolution #42/71
MOVED by Councillor V. Rudik, seconded by Councillor
D. Kitchen, that this Council does hereby certify
that By-law #3935/71 being a by-la\-1 lito permit the
construction of three service stations on industrially
zoned lands'! is in compliance with the existing
Township Official Plan and any proposed Official
Plan.

BY-LAWS
By-Law Number 3960/71
Councillor Mrs. J. McPherson, seconded by Councillor
V. Rudik, moves for leave to introduce a By-law of
the Township of Pickering to provide for the 1971
expenditures on Roads in the Township of Pickering
(Supplementary), and that same now be read a first
time.
Councillor Mrs. J. McPherson, seconded by Councillor
D. Kitchen, moves that By-law Number 3960/71 to
provide for the 1971 expenditures on Roads in the
Township of Pickering (Supplementary) be now read a
second time, and that Council go into Committee of
the Whole thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the
by-law as read.
Councillor Mrs. J. McPherson, seconded by Councillor
J. S. Scott, li~ves that the report of the Committee
of the Whole on By-law ~umber 3960/71 be adopted
and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time
and PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same,
and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.

Councillor R. Chatten, seconded by Councillor
Mrs. J. McPherson, moves for leave to introduce a
By-law of the 1ownship of Pickering to provide for
the 1971 expenditures on Roads in the Township of
Pickering (Norwal) and that same now be read a
first time.
Councillor R. Chatten, ~econded by Councillor
J. S. Scott, moves that by-law Humber 3961/71 to
provide for the 1971 expenditures on Roads in the
Township of Pickering (Normal) be now read a
second time, and that Council go into Committee of
the Whole thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the
By-law as read.
Councillor R. Chatten, seconded by Councillor
V. Rudik, n~ves that the report of the Co~nittee
of the Whole on By--law i,lumber 3961/71 be adopted,
and that the said by-law be now read a Third Time
and PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same,
and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
