meeting held on the 22nd day of May, 1973, be adopted

M~. Beattie appeared before Councll to request Council's
approval of the Draft Plan of ~,ubdivision
and OffiCial Plan amendment aDp.lication sra..lng that
this was an interim step and
w..1.~ permit his client to
proceed immediately with negotiations of the subdivision
agreement.
Some members of Cou.~cI1 ~ook the view that until
Bramalea Consolidated settled the differences of under-
standing in respect to the 97 Town Houses on Block Y,
whether in the future these houses will be condominium
units, and made available to the present tenants if a
desire is shown '~
~y them to purchase same~ and at a fixed
purchase price, 'the matter in respect to the approval of
the 'Draft Plan of Subdivision and Official Plan amendment
would be continually deferred.
Mr. Beattie explained that he was not pre_pared to discuss
this matter at the present time a~ he was not informed of
the problem in nespect to the Block Y agreement.
