SOLUTIONS
Resolution #69/73
MOVED by Councillor K. Matheson, seconded by Councillor
D. Kitchen, that whereas the Public Transportation
and Highway Improvement Act Pequires the subm/ssion of a
statement of proposed Transit Operating ExpendituPes
the Ministry of TPansportation and Communications for
approval;
AND WHEREAS the normal Transit Operating Expenditures
for the year 1975 ape estimated at $67,680.00 with
subsidies estimated at
AND WHEREAS the normal Transit Capital ExpendituPes
estimated at $32,357.00 with subsidies estimated at
$22,168.00;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing adopts the estimated expenditures and
subsidies and submits same to the Minist~ of
TPansportation and Communications for approval.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Council of the County of
Ontario be requested to enact a by-law to
pamk~nE on the North side of Bayly StPeet fDo~the
existing restricted aPea to the West to Brock Road on
the East, as recommended by the Chief of Police in his
Peport dated Mamch 23, 1973.
