SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held
on August 9th 1982 at 4:39 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 2010.4 of The Municipal Code, this
Special Meeting was called to approved various modifications
to the District Plan and various Community Plans.

B. Taylor - Town Clerk

Councillors Robertson and Stoner

RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #67/82
Moved by Councillor Cahill
Seconded by Councillor Byers
1.
That the recommended modifications to the Pick-
ering District Plan as outlined in Appendix
1 to Planning Report #27/82 be endorsed and
forwarded to the Council of the Regional Mun-
icipality of Durham for approval;
2.
That the recommended modifications to the Town
Centre Community Plan as outlined in Appendix
II to Planning Report #27/82 be endorsed and
forwarded to the Council of the Reegional Mun-
iciaplity of Durham for approval;
