SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on
Tuesday, June 3, 1986 at 10:41 p.m.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting
was called to adopt the Report Planning
of
the
Committee
dated
June 3, 1986.

submitted by M. & N. Eickmeier, to rezone the subject
lands, being Lot 1, Plan 434, Town of Pickering from
"R3" - One Family Detached Dwelling - Third Density Zone
to an appropriate zoning to permit the development of a
day care facility within the existing residential
dwelling unit, in addition to uses presently permitted,
be REFUSED.

That Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-86016 submitted by
Earnbridge Investors Inc., on lands being Part of Lot
22, Concession 1, be APPROVED to permit the development
of 29 lots for detached residential dwelling units and
50 lots for 100 semi-detached residential dwelling units
subject to the following conditions:
1. Changes as shown on the plan stamped approved this
date.
2. That the owner make satisfactory arrangements with
the Town regarding the required parkland dedica-
tion.
3. That the owner enter into a subdivision agreement
with and to the satisfaction of the Town.
4. That the owner make satisfactory arrangements
with
the Town and Region regarding:
a) the provision of all services;
b) the allocation of sewage treatment capacity and
water capacity for the development.
5. That the owner agree to:
a) dedicate all road allowances with corner

the Town of Picketing object to the approval of
Minister's Zoning Order Amendment Application
18-Z0-0298603(1) submitted by S. Tedesco to permit the
construction of a two-storey detached residential
dwelling unit (approximately 81.90 square metres, (9.1 m
x 4.5 m)), and to permit the continuance of an existing
structure set back 7.6 metres from the north lot
line,
on the subject lands, being Part of Lot 6, Concession 7,
Town of Pickering, having a lot frontage of 152.4 metres
