SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Tuesday,
October 11, 1988 at 7:56 p.m.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting of
Council was called to consider the following zoning by-laws:

leave to introduce by-laws of the Town of Pickering:

Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham in Part of Lot 29,
Concession 1, in the Town of Pickering.

Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering

THIRD READING
Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved that the
report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law Numbers 2912/88,
291 3/88, 291 4/88, 291 5/88, 291 6/88, 291 7/88, 2918/88, 291 9/88,
2920/88 and 2921/88 be adopted, and that the said By-laws be now read
a Third Time and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same
and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
