That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider appointments.

1. The Chief Administrative Officer requested and received approval for use of the
Recreation Complex on Friday, April 6th between 1 :00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. by the
Harmon Family. This grant request to be charged to Account #2195.
2. Councillor Johnson reported that Mayor Parish was speaking of the possibility of the
Brock South Site being used as a compo sting site.

3. Councillor Johnson advised that he was speaking with the York Regional Chair and
C.A.O. concerning the TauntonlSteeles extension.
