a) Alex Artuchov, 789 Don Mills Road, representing the applicants, advised that
they wish the neighbourhood to remain in the condition it is in. He requested
that Lots 15 and 16, which have been merged into one substantial lot, be
brought back to a separate lot for Lot 15.
b) Harold Webster, 510 Pine Ridge Road, questioned why the developer would
ignore the by-law, stating that R3 zoning is important to Pine Ridge Road. He
requested Committee's support of the community and the present by-law.
c) Robert Foxall, 551 Pine Ridge Road, stated his objection to rezoning. He
questioned why Planning Policies and R3 zoning can't apply. •
d) Brad Woodbine, 305 Toynevale Road, stated his support of the application
and advised that this development will improve the properties and enhance the
neighbourhood.
e) Gordon Donnelly, 571 Winette Road, stated his support of the application
advising that he is one of the applicants wishing to improve his residence by
building a basement and garage and increasing the electrical power. He
wishes his 100' by 130' lot divided in two.
f) Joanne Chicoine, 1012 Linton Crt., stated her concern with the street going in
behind her property and the smaller lots. At the statutory public meeting a
noise survey and arbourist report were requested but as of yet nothing has
been received. Stated her concern with procedures of notification.

1. Councillor Ryan requested a report on procedures to be followed when a building
is built in contravention to an issued building permit.
2. Councillor McLean commended the Rotary Club on their work on the Auction for
the Ajax/Pickering.Hospital.
3. Councillor Pickles advised that he was pleased to represent Pickering concerning
the Federally owned lands at the Federal Conference.
4. Councillor Pickles advised of the presentation at the Pickering Walmart Store to
raise funds for World War II Veterans.

heeding the stop sign.

Arthurs, Councillor Ryan, the Director, Operations & Emergency Services
and Miwell Construction to discuss the construction schedule for the
Pickering Waterfront.

establishment of a maximum two-storey, 900 square metre building capable of

Pickering, be APPROVED AS REVISED, subject to the conditions outlined
in Appendix Ito Report Number PD 04-01.
2. That Zoning By-law Amendment Application A 11/99, to implement Draft
Plan of Subdivision 18T-99011 as revised, be APPROVED, subject to the
conditions outlined in Appendix II to Report Number PD 04-01.

Toronto Services Board; and
