By-law No. 7403/15
Being a by-law to establish that part of Lot
22, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819,
designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-20788 and
that part of Lot 23, Registrar's Compiled Plan
819, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-20788,
as public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 22,
Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-20788 and that part of
Lot 23, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-20788, and
wishes to establish them as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. That part of Lot 22, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, designated as Part 4, Plan
40R-20788 and that part of Lot 23, Registrar's Compiled Plan 819, designated as
Part 3, Plan 40R-20788 are hereby established as public highway (Fairport
Road).
By-law passed this 19th day of January. 2015.
