Being a by-law to exempt Block 131 ~ on Plan ,
40M,2461; fro rri tfie'part lot control provisions . of the Planning Act.
Whereas purstaant to the provisions of section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter P.13, as amended; the Council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision 1
designa#ed in the by-Iaw; . ' .
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as ~
follows: . . . r
: 1: Section 50(5) of the Planning Act,~R:5.0., 1990, chapter f'.13, as amended shall, cease to apply to Block 131 on Plan 40M-2461. ' .
. 2. ` This by-law shall remain'in force and effect for a period of one year from the da#e
of the passing of this by-law and shall expire on February.25, 2014. . By-law passed this 25th day of February, 2013.
