THE CORPORATION OF TItE TOWN OF PICKERING <br /> <br />BY-LAW NO. 2121/85 <br /> <br />Being a by-law to authorize the chief executive <br />officer of the Pickering Public Library Board to <br />call its first meeting of each new term. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 14(2) of the Public Libraries Act, 1984, S.O. 1984, <br />c.57, a municipal council may by by-law authorize the chief executive officer ap- <br />pointed under section 15(2) thereof to call the first meeting of the public library <br />board in each new term; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY <br />ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Pickering Public Library Board's chief executive officer, appointed under <br />section 15(2) of the Public Libraries Act, 1984, S.O. 1984, c.57, is hereby <br />authorized to call the first meeting of the Board in each new term of the Board. <br /> <br />BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of <br />December, 1985. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
