The VITAL STATISTICS ACT
states that
"Where a child is born notice . . .
shall be given to the Division Registrar of
the Division in which the child was born by
(a) the father, if living: or
(b) in case of his inability, or if he is dead,
by the mother, if living or
(c) in case of inability of both parents, or,
if neither be living, by the person stand-
ing in the place of the parents."
If in the future a Certificate of Marriage
is required, the same may be obtained by ap-
plying to the Registrar General, Toronto.
