BE IT KNOWN that on the thirty first

the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of

late of the city of Toronto
in the County of York, Retired Fireman, deceased,
who died on or about the eighteenth day of August in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty six
at the Village of rairport,Pickering, Ontario,
and who at the time of his
death
had a
fixed place
of abode at
the
.City of Toronto in the
said
County
of
York
was
proved and registered in
the said Surrogate Court, a true copy of which said LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT is hereunder written and that the admin-
istration of All and Singular the property of the said deceased
and in any way concerning his Will was granted by the
aforesaid Court to RTCHhRll CUFBL'1T, Machinst, and Th' -;YIAS RUBtETS,
Cabinet Ira?per, both of the City of Toronto,in the County of York,
the
Execut ors named in the said Will they having
been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same by pay-
ing the just debts of the deceased and the legacies contained in his
Will so far as they are thereunto bound by law
and by distributing the residue (if any) of the property accord-
ing to law and to exhibit under oath a true and perfect Inventory
of All and Singular the said property, and to render a just and
true account of their Executorship whenever thereunto lawfully
required.

Ossington, ave Toronto, I hereby revoking, all former iiils
at any time made by me, and being desirous of settling my
affairs in the event of my decease, and having; full con-
fidence in the persons afternamed as Trustees and Executors,
DO HE=EBY GIVE, GRANT, ASSIGN, DISPOSE, CONVEY AND MAKE OVER
to, and in favor of Richard Corbett Machinist Alexander Lt.

Toronto
and the survivor of them, as Trustees and in Trust for the
purposes afte_-mentioned the whole Estate and Effects, heritab]
any_ movable, real and personal, presently belonging to me and
that shall belong to me at the time of my decease, together
with the whole Writs and Vouchers thereof; and I NOMI�` ATE AND
APPOINT the said Richard Corbett Thomas Roberts
and the survivor of them to be my Sole Executors and Trustees
of this my Will, but declaring that these -resents are
granted in Trust always for the purposes after -mentioned, viz.:
(First) I direct my Executors and Trustees to first pay
my just debts, personal and testamentary expenses. (Second)
I give, devise and bequeath unto: --
My rife Ada Crowell Corbett all i Possess should any thing
happen that we moth die at the one time I give devise and
bequeath unto to my eldest daughter Twenty five Dollars.
to my Second daughter Twenty five Dollars to my eldest

David my Youngest son my wach and Chain & ring & Cuff Buttons
and my gold pin to my eldest Son William and our fu-niture
to be sold and the piano to be keeped for Agnes ontill she
comes of age and Agnes & Daviu to be pug to school untill

AND I RESERVE my liferent, and full power to alter, innovate,
or revo'Ke these presents in whole or in part. nND I DISPENIEIE'
with the delivery hereof. And I consent to the registration
