Bill who was brought up in Pickering Township
now lives in a century old school house just north
of Brougham. He is a Skilled wood carver, black-
smith and welder and views the P.O.P. Art Series
with real enthusiam in that it presents a challange
unlike any other commission. He has been work-
ing on a series of welded steel table sculptures
since early June.
