Speaker for the service at 2.30 p. m, will be Rev. C. E. F'ockler, of Markham, the oldest living minister of the former Christian Church, who was also the speaker at our First Decoration Service in 1932. The Christian Church, stood on the property, Lot 19, purchased from the Late Thomas Hubbard, who settled on the said Lot, in 1792. After church union, in 1925, the church was :old, and most of the remaining members joined the United Church of Canada. The bell in the old tower, being in good condition, was given to the United Church, to bie used as a fire hell,' also, for church service. Since the firemen have installed a siren, the bell is still being used to call people to worship, which seems to be very important in these days of stress and strain. a'2iyz" _po6-- 'J
