Dear Sir:
A joint meeting of the Centennial Committees of
the Town of Aja,-,., Township of Pickering and the
Village of Pickering will be held at the Township
Municipal Building, 1710 Kingston Road at 8:00 p. m.
on May the 3rd. It is hoped that the various sub-
committees will report on their activities since
our last meeting and on completion of the various
reports these sub -committees will break off
with their Chairman and finalize any Committee
business that has arisen since they last met.
