"The residue of my estate, real and personal, not required for the pur-
poses aforesaid, together with the cost of proving and rep,istering this m„= last

say: To my beloved wife Esther Young I give all my real estate hereinafter
described, and all rents and benefits arising therefrom, during her natural life
