There has been an epidemic of whooping -cough in. the north end of the township and any child with a cough should, not be allowed to at_ that sufficient time has elapsed ,since the disease 'was contracted; .or in case the child has not tet had the disease, a doctor's certificate may be demanded. -There has also been. �a mild epidemic of .measles in the centre and south of the township.
