Above everything else we want
men of unblemished character at
the helm of state. We think these
charges should be investigated be-

charged with misconduct are
found guilty they should be con-
signed to everlasting oblivion,
and if the charges are not stub•

charge should be made to suffer. •
-Three brothers bearing a re-
markable resemblance to one an-
other were in the habit of patron-
izing a local barber. One day the
youngest of them entered the
shop on his way to school, and
his hair was duly cut and trimmed
by the German assistant, tvhu had
only been employed in the estab-
lishment for one or two days. At
noon another brother visited e
shop and . underwent asimilar
operation. In the evening the
third brother made his appear-
ante, and then the German
dropped his scissors in astonish-
ment, and exclaimed :—`'Mine
gracious, but dot -.boy is a good
'customer. His hair grows so fast
dat he comes three times to -day."
